Has anyone had money taken from their account by Vistaprint?

I got some free cards through a company called Vistaprint on the internet. I was shocked to find that they had been taking 9.99 a month from credit unnoticed for six months. When I called them they said it was my fault for opting out of the VP rewards program, has anyone else had this problem?I��m sorry to tell you that this is a very common problem, do a search for Vistaprint , Vistaprint scam or VPrewards on the internet and you will see a lot of people with the same problem from Australia , USA, Netherlands and the UK. I suggest you goto the Vistaprint web site and look up the contact details, call them on the phone and ask for the money to be refunded, contact your credit card company and even consider canceling and having new cards issued.

go to your bank with the information and have them file a claim against them!!!! that is what we had to do with aol.I get free stuff from vistaprint all the time for my business & have never had a problem. Always quick good service, never seen anything about VP rewards but will have a look on their site.I've been getting cards from them for years without any problems. Speak to them again, I have always found them very honest and reliable, perhaps they just need a little more of a push to refund you.According to Ripoffreport this is a huge problem.....Vistaprint needs to be stopped from engaging in these sleazy tricks. You can contact your bank and you can probably do a chargeback for the last $9.99 charge but not the other five.

It's ALWAYS important to closely read both your bank + credit card statements EVERY month to look for questionable charges.Yes when i ordered some business cards they signed me up for some stupid rewards scheme and took ��9.95 monthly subscription 4 times.

I sent them an email threatening to report them to trading standards and they refunded all the money and gave me ��40 promotional voucher to spend on their website.

They are checky gitsi've ordered all of my business stuff from them but have never had a problem

i am however very careful when dealing with them because if you are not careful they will have boxes pre-checked stating you want to order something (whatever that may be)

so you have to watch for every little thing

you may have to take that as a hit but have it removed immediatelyI also ordered business cards and they charged $10 for three months until i noticed the charges. I called them, their response to me was that was the membership fee. they refunded me the $$ though.. So, call them back, and make a fuss about it. Good luck
