you can find lots on yehoo or google searches BUT and its is a big one... for this sort of thing to add value it needs lots or research - and someone has to pay somewhere - so ask yourself - why is a free one on a site? who paid for its development - or is it a lead to selling another product?
most peopls can get a free career profile undertaken -talk to your local careers service, college or university. They pay for annual" subscriptions to credible profile and preference tools - use them.
be warned trusting a free profile.
One of the best tools is called "career anchors". search. There are some paper versions on the net -or available in book form.
