(Demonstrated OSHA safety tests)You're 33 with no real work history? I'm amazed. Seems like even though you had those second two jobs for a minimal period it is still work experience.
Write a quality objective, highlight skills, then list your experience noting achievements at each position. Review it when you're done and look for spelling and grammatical errors as well as typos. Do NOT rely solely on MS Word to do spellcheck. If it looks odd, get a dictionary and look.
Have someone else review it as well. If all looks well, then start applying. If you're finding it is not landing you interviews, revise again and re-submit.
