If I was you I would request a tracking # and then track it. That usually tells you when it should arrive:

Bet this is on brown's website...Usually UPS delivers everything in 7 business days or less depending on where it is coming from. If your item is coming from California, I would allow the full 7 days because of the distance involved. I would ask for a TRACKING NUMBER from the person who is shipping it, that will allow you to track the item and also give you an estimated time of arrival for your item. Hope this helps.
