Can i make my company think i Only have an hour for dinner .?
Company uses masternaught and i go home for dinner. 1 hour i'm supposed to have but, sometimes i'll take longer if i have things to do.i work long hours and can't find time to pay bills and things. Can anyone help a guy in distress!!!!!It's depends on what kind of work you are doing and what is the policy at your work place.
With police you probably can't argue, but based on the type of job that you doing you can try to convince your boss that longer lunch time will improve your performance and you doing you hours any way.
But again everything depends on your relationship with your boss.
